During this time frame there will be technical assistance available including 1:1 Meetings with Terrapin and FINYS.
August 12: NY Farm to School Institute Farmer School Meet & Greet
This Meet and Greet for Farmers and Schools will be located at Mabee Farms, Rotterdam Junction, NY.
October Session 2: In the Field
This second session features hands-on training covering production planning, post-harvest handling, and meeting institutional demand.
November Session 3: In the Flow
This final session focuses on relationship-building, contract negotiation, and sustaining long-term institutional sales.
